Notified Amazon of the problem and was told that the supplier indicated the item was now out of stock and they would promptly refund my money. Ordered the part from Rock Auto it was delivered 5 days later and subsequently installed. The product is fine...the supplier Amazon used is questionable.

These are nice boots for the price and overall I like what I received. They appear to be well made and look nice. I also like that the gray pieces near the back of the boot are made of reflective material for better visibility. They are comfortable and relatively light with good grip but I do think they run a bit small. I feel like they are probably a half size smaller than most shoes/boots. I ordered the size 12 and normally just about all brands fit just fine for me but these have very little space between the tip of my toe and the front of the boot and since they have a reinforced toe there is not any room for stretching. With that said, I can still wear them but I just wish they were a bit larger for my taste.
