Nice fit and nice looking, much better than the oem black plastic. LOL. When putting these on, it is possible to hook up the upper grill pieces without taking off the front bumper, but it is much easier to remove the entire front grill to install these. To remove the front grill/bumper, it is a one piece section of plastic that has only a couple of screws and a bunch of plastic clips, and then just peels and snaps off. I recommend using some Loctite to keep the butterfly nuts from loosing on this billet grill too.
Also, since you have the front bumper section off, I recommend putting some louder horns on too (I have dual air horns), and maybe doing the 'home depot' grill mod if you don't do these billet grills to protect your a/c cooler from stones (I have both). I have several mods listed on the Honda Element forum and there is a bunch of great info there too.
