this floormat was not cut as precisely as Lloyd mats, the fit is just OK. I particularly did not like the locating hardware. The OE mats have a flexible rubber grommet that grabs the locating peg on the floor and secures the mat nicely to the floor. The coverking has a brass grommet that looks out of place on the mat, and merely slips over the peg, and doesn't really hold. I would not purchase another product from this company. The Lloyd mats seem indistinguishable from the OE mats, really superior quality. The only advantage of the Coverking was immediate availability. Next time I'll wait the two or three weeks to get the Lloyd mats
