Ordered set of custom mats for 1991 honda accord 4 door sedan.
Used the amazon automatic ordering system (bad idea).
What arrived was a set of mats for different model year honda coupe.

Called the manufacturer and the OWNER answered. Very gracious person.
He immediately placed an order for me for the correct mats, expedited it, took back the old mats, credited me, explained in detail the issue with the amazon ordering system problems.

In the end I wound up with a superior product, and was delighted at the level of care and customer service I received.
A rare thing indeed in the 21st century dealing with earth people.

I recommend highly - just place the order manually, by email or by calling on the phone.
