the fact that noone has reviewed this DANISH GEM... is only proof that marketing and not quality is what defines the buying tendencies.....to give you a perspective of how good this driver really sound ill tell you this, my system is a 3 way system , with this woofer, the vifa xt25 ring radiator tweeters, and a double 10 RF stage 2 ( soon to be replaced with a 12 xxls peerless sub!) and this set up sound much better than the Focal 165 KR2 wich is a $1000 and one of the most "respected" comercial audio companies.....this is not only my own subjective opinion, if you dont believe me, just search the hds in the DIYmobile audio forums, theyll tell you some about this subject.....no need to compare this driver with alpines, pioneers or others comercial know brands, theres no way to compare them....this could be the best buy for your car you ll ever do....or home if you are into speaker building, this driver is so good that i tried them without tweeter crossed between 80hz and 5khz and still sound much clearer and detailed than most car speaker you have ever heard.....one of the best noncomercial sites about quality drivers like ZAPHAUIDIO has compared this driver with others in the 6'- 7'categorie and is considered one of the best regardless of its price---here is the link for you to read and be convinced----[...]
