I ended up finding it MUCH cheaper elsewhere after ordering- both from discount tire retailers via the internet and also walmart. Surprisingly to me, Amazon was EXTREMELY reluctant to even consider any kind of price-matching solution to my issue. I was on phone with reps for hours. I waited until UPS had attempted delivery a few times, so just before the final deliver attempt. I told them on the phone that either they comply with my request to issue a partial refund, or I would refuse delivery and have them shipped back. I hate to have to use this sort of attitude, but I felt Amazon really left me no other choice. $88.00 refund issued immediately.
