I have a 99 BMW 528i and had to price this fan motor as mine went out. I researched sites like bimmerspecialist, advanced auto, rockauto etc and all had different pricing ranging from $180.00 to over $200.00. I wasn't sure if Amazon would carry something like this an low and behold they do! And at a much cheaper price! This product works great however, the labor is extremely hard. When changing this part you will have to remove MOST of the dash to replace this part. This part is located under the center vents of the dash. Booktime for this job calls for 8-10 hours and you will need every bit of this time to change out this part (unless you have a helper it can done in 4.5 hours)
