I purchased a 76 VW Campmobile that had not been on the road in 15 years. At some point in the last few years (for the PO), while trying to get it to run the bus had a small engine fire and the connectors to the CSV melted. After purchasing the bus, I replaced that CSV with this one and then replaced all the old fuel line and burnt wiring and other components and the engine started right up.
