Most hitches for my 2008 Honda Accord V6 were almost twice the price. The mounting bracket attaches to the car's tow hook carrying most of the weight. Then four holes must be drilled through the spare tire tub - pretty simple and the fit was fine. Just use a little silicone to seal around the bolts once everything is tightened up. While I personally wouldn't tow much more than about 1000lbs with this puppy, it's perfect for a motorcycle trailer or lugging around my kayaks or just having a place to mount a bicycle rack. As I say... a great deal given the price I paid!
