Summary: It took forever to get here and is obviously not for the G35 and it is not a short ram intake (it is a cold air intake), but for $50 it works.

Main: I opened the box for this and instantly noticed the extremely large size of the main pipe. It was extremely long (much longer than any short ram intake I have seen for the G35 or 350Z) but I assumed it would work the same. I took out the necessary components from the engine bay to install the main pipe and it went from the throttle body to about 6 inches past the front bumper (major issue). The pipe alone wont fit as short ram not including the MAF sensor you have to reinstall or the air filter. For this to work as short ram the hood would have to extend over a foot longer. I then try to see how else this could possibly fit and after an hour of twisting and turning and adding back pieces from the stock intake (flex coupler to connect to the throttle body because the bent pipe included in no way lets the main pipe fit) I installed this setup as a cold air intake. It actually works quite well as a CAI after I removed the air resonator box from the bumper and shoved the pipe and filter into the space (most CAI require this anyway). The finished product works well and CAI are usually more expensive than short ram so this is a good deal. If the listing was for a CAI and came with instructions and didn't included extra pieces (bent pipe) to confuse you I would give this product 5 stars.

Pros: Cheap, actually a cold air intake, looks nice, sounds mean
Cons: Not a short ram system for G35 or 350Z, no instructions, misleading and useless parts (bent pipe), took forever to get here, fairly difficult installation (hopefully made easier with my pictures)
