shipping was fast. when i recieved it one of the cables from the wiring harness that goes to groung and ballast was pulled off. i had to fix it myself beacuse i called and they are only open monday thru friday. i had to rewire the conection that goes to the actual headlight harness. (which ive heard is common in hid kits).after rewiring it i had to tape it together since it was loose and wasnt making a good connection. once everything was installed correctly its a great product. im only giving it 3 stars because it was not as easy as "plug n Play" as the description said had to do a lot of extras.
