I was a bit nervous purchasing this type of car trim from Amazon, but with my mirror being held on by duct tape and the OEM price being well over $100 for just the base (not including the mirror) I decided to go for it.

The unit arrived wonderfully packaged, this impressed me right away. The mirror base was carefully wrapped in its own cloth bag inside the box. The black outer shell was wrapped separately, much to my relief (my mini has white mirror caps). All the proper cables and base seal were there; it comes ready to be installed.

Installation was a breeze, took less than 10 minutes. The power functions work great, the mirror fits perfectly and looks like I never changed it out. The only reason I give it 4 instead of 5 stars is that it is more prone to vibration than the OEM mirrors; but even the vibration isn't horrible. Overall, it's a great product and at its price is an incredible deal.
